Perhaps I am entering an incorrect username or password - how can I find out what I should be entering?

I did enter my correct username and password, but the §¶$%*&#@!!! system still won't let me into the Training Materials section! What should I do?

A couple of factors may be conspiring to keep you out of the Training Materials section.

1. Re–check that you are entering the correct username and password.
2. Does your browser accept cookies? cookies are small pieces of code sent from a web server to be stored on your computer. When you log into the Training Materials section, our server sends a cookie to your browser to help it identify you as you move through the study room. If your browser has been told (by you or the person who set up your computer) not to accept cookies, then our server's cookie will not be accepted, and as a consequence, our server will not let you into the study room (even if you are entering the correct login information!). The only solution is for you to allow your browser to accept our server's cookie. You can get detailed information about enabling cookies here.
3. Finally, another reason for cookies not being accepted is that your hard drive could be full.
